This website and the Velmadora brand are operated by Les Voyageurs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("Velmadora", "we", "us", "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and use of the website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
3. Products
Our products are cosmetics. We describe them and display their images as accurately as possible, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please read the list of ingredients before use, and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or eyes. Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and consult a doctor if it persists. Avoid direct contact with the eye. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, a product being out of stock, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Promotions and bundles
Promotional offers (such as 1+1 FREE) are valid while they are displayed on the website, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

When you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is your own, honest content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our website and marketing channels. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

All content of this website, including the Velmadora name, logos, texts, images and videos, belongs to Les Voyageurs LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.
