Refund policy – 60-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your lashes. If you are not completely satisfied with your Velmadora purchase, you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- Email us at contact@velmadorabeauty.com within 60 days of delivery, with your order number and a few words about the reason for your request.
- We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with your return instructions.
- Send the product back following those instructions. Please do not send anything to our business address without contacting us first: it does not accept returns.
Opened products are welcome
Our guarantee is made for you to really try the product. Opened and used products are eligible, as long as the request is made within 60 days of delivery. Please return the product in its original packaging whenever possible.
Return shipping
Returns are free: once your request is confirmed, we send you the return instructions at no cost to you.
Your refund
Once we receive the returned product, we refund the amount you paid for it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears on your statement within 3 to 9 business days. Standard shipping fees ($4.99) are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you bought a bundle (for example 1+1 FREE), the refund covers the amount actually paid for the bundle.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you will not need to return the item.
