Shipping policy

We do everything we can so that your Velmadora products reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.

Shipping rate

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $4.99 per order, whatever the number of items in your order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 8 to 13 business days of being placed:

Processing: your order is carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Transit: the carrier then delivers your parcel to your door.

These times are estimates. They may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier conditions or peak periods (holiday season, sales events).

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 13 business days of being placed, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if your parcel is lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
